Does my bike arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

How do I choose the right frame size?

We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been fully assembled.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, 99 Bikes ships to all states within the continental US and select regions in Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the weight of the bike.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects for up to 5 years and components for 1 year. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
